  • Can I adjust my coffee subscription once I set it?

Sure thing. Whether you set a monthly coffee subscription and want to adjust the frequency to just a few weeks, or switch to a new flavour, or need to revise your payment method, it’s easy to change your settings. Just go the Menu and Register to access your account. Then, you can login your account and manage your subscription.

  • Can I pause my coffee subscription?

Once again, yes! Click on the Menu to access your account. Once you have an active subscription you will see your up next order date listed beneath the “My Subscription” tab. Click “Cancel”, “Pause” or “Skip Next Instalment”. You can choose to delay your next subscription order by up to six weeks. This is a great option if you’re going out of town for a while or just overstocked on coffee beans.
